Breathwork
Our bodies are intelligent biotechnologies that have survived millions of years of evolution. Believe it or not, the source of energy that has fueled our evolution is respiration, cellular and somatic.
The breath contains the power to align us with our evolutionary impulse towards not only survival, but towards our highest expression, thriving, and wholeness.
In an evolutionary breathwork session, we utilize the wisdom of the breath and the body to provide the nervous system support for its continued evolution, whether that be:
recovering from burnout
increasing creativity
overcoming trauma
transforming difficult emotions
experiencing more aliveness and joy
Along with extensive training in Conscious Connected Breathwork, functional breathwork, systemic therapy, and somatics, I am a neuroscientist working the cutting edge field of breathwork research. I incorporate my knowledge into all of my private sessions, including how to use the breath for:
relaxing or activating the nervous system
accessing altered states of consciousness
re-patterning stress and trauma responses
reclaiming agency over our mental & physical wellbeing
