CON.SPIRE(V)
BREATHING TOGETHER
To conspire comes from the latin word “conspirare”. The root is a combination of con (with or together) and spirare (to breathe). Over time, the shared physical act of whispering or huddling closely together to share breath evolved into its modern meaning of plotting in secret.
Isn’t it time we do some conspiring of our own?
The intention with these community breath play sessions is to reprogram ourselves to what’s real, to simplify the world to the realm of our senses and to our connection to each other. Late stage psyops benefit from our distraction, disconnection, and distrust; we need a system defrag.
We’ll do some embodiment (writhe around on the floor), share with one another, and do a Conscious Connected Breathwork session. Bring food for us to share together after. Breathers who are excited about committing to coming on a regular basis and building gravity with the practice through continuity, to the front.
£10-£30; I trust you to pay what you’re able.
